Whitman, MA : June 2002 : A motor vehicle accident involving a young woman on Washington Street required assistance from Boston Medflight. Here firefighters prepare the woman in the ambulance while others prepare for the flight. Medflight can be seen in the back of the picture. Landing zone was Saftlers on Rte. 18. Abington, MA : May 06, 2002 : An enormous brush fire in Abington required Whitman, Rockland, Holbrook, Massachusetts Forrest Fire, Massachusetts State Police and Plymouth County Fire Control among others. Whitman, MA : September 2001: Box 1333* Auto Lines, 215 Bedford Street. A Car fire in this car dealership caused no major damage to the building. These pictures show firefighters gaining access to the building by cutting a hole in the garage door. The fire was caused by an electrical problem in the car and Auto Lines was open the next day for business. Photos Courtesy Dave Stewart.

Whitman, MA : May 13, 2002 : These photos are from a recent Call Firefighters drill in Whitman. The drill took place in doors and the drill focused on search and rescue techniques.
